Your key responsibilities as the Transfer Pricing Manager
As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you'll lead a varied and growing client portfolio, overseeing financial and risk management while driving business growth through proactive development and relationship-building across European and global projects. In a hybrid work environment, you'll set the standard by managing client expectations, mentoring your team, and cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and digital transformation. You'll also focus on risk management, compliance, and budget management while collaborating with Partners and mentors to advance your career and expand your market presence.

Requirements
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Transfer Pricing consulting, preferably within a mature TP market, with a focus on complex planning projects across the UK, Ireland, and the EU. Your background includes experience at a Big 4 firm, where you've worked on high-level consulting matters. A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, International Business, Law, or a related field is required, with a post-graduate qualification preferred. You have excellent business acumen, with the ability to think commercially, identify market gaps, and drive business development to support growth objectives. Your experience includes leading complex projects within budget and time constraints while ensuring client satisfaction. You have a strong track record in building client relationships, leading teams, and delivering successful engagements across technical, coaching, and financial aspects. Your exceptional technical skills keep you relevant in an evolving marketplace.
