Description:

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial Client Advisor team at Marsh. This is a perfect role for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, having worked in a Client Advisor or Broker role or within the Commercial Underwriting or Claims sector, and looking to move into a new and exciting role within an established, market-leading insurance broker. This role can be based in Dublin or Galway offices.

We will rely on you to:

• Deliver day-to-day broking insurance services to an assigned portfolio of SME clients across all classes of cover.
• Work with the Client Executive on all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and teams to provide best-in-class service.
• Prepare comprehensive submissions and conduct risk marketing exercises to present clients' needs and secure optimal insurance solutions.
• Obtain renewal terms and actively engage with clients for renewal instructions, ensuring their needs are met.
• Drive SME business growth by selling additional products and services to existing clients, enhancing coverage and strengthening relationships.
• Maintain an understanding of market conditions and comply with all procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.

What you will need to have:

• Strong technical knowledge of all insurance products.
• Minimum qualification: Commercial CIP.
• Experience in commercial insurance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ambitious and a team player.
