Assistant Quality Manager | Food Manufacturing | Midlands

I'm working with a leading food manufacturing company in the Midlands that's on the lookout for a Assistant Quality Manager to join their Quality team.

This is a key role within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment — perfect for someone with strong experience in food safety, compliance, and people management who's ready to take the next step in their career.

What's involved?

You'll be supporting the Quality Manager in overseeing the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems on-site, while leading and developing a team of QA Technicians. From internal audits and traceability to hygiene management and customer audit readiness — this role covers it all.

  • Confident leadership, internal audit experience, and a hands-on mindset

Location: Site-based in the Longford/Westmeath region
