We're seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile MEP projects across Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative building services solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, ensuring alignment with project specifications and compliance with local safety and building regulations.
  • Participate in all preconstruction activities, including health and safety planning, technical submissions, construction drawing development, prefabrication coordination, building control documentation, and commissioning management.
  • Oversee mechanical installations on-site, ensuring high-quality execution through regular inspections, progress reviews, and adherence to relevant codes and standards.
  • Provide technical input and support throughout the design review process, including validation and coordination of design development.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain project schedules and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage procurement activities for all mechanical packages, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  • Coordinate and manage interfaces with specialist contractors, ensuring seamless integration of their packages into the overall project.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar mechanical engineering role within the construction or building services sector.
  • Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in delivering construction projects from design through to completion.
  • Proficient in relevant software tools, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards and practices.
