The Cleaning Services Worker II cleans and maintains assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Use and store equipment properly, and perform regular checks for deficiencies.
  • Ensure equipment safety and functionality.
  • Carry out additional spring/deep cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Operate site washing machines for internal laundry when appropriate.
  • Follow Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policies.
  • Report hazards to management.
  • Address customer comments or complaints according to company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of clothing, footwear, headgear, and personal hygiene.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve performance.
  • Suggest improvements and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Follow any other reasonable instructions from Aramark management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible with hours and duties.
