With demand for data centre safety expertise at an all-time high, this is a rare opportunity to gain international project experience while maintaining your home base in Ireland.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure safety compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver health & safety inductions and on-site training.
  • Maintain accurate EHS records, registers, and statutory documentation.
  • Review Safe Work Plans (SWPs) for site activities.
  • Advise project teams on safety best practices.
  • Produce weekly KPI reports for senior management.

What You'll Bring

  • Recognised qualification in Health & Safety (third level or diploma).
  • Experience in construction safety; M&E sector experience advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a 10/4 rotation schedule.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS systems.

Desirable: Occupational First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Train the Trainer certification, IOSH membership.
