Who should apply?

This role is ideal for experienced lawyers in practice or industry with the following qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor in Ireland, trained in a large firm, with 3-4 years PQE
  • Experience in contract negotiations
  • Interest in progressing within a growing company
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured role
  • Preferred candidates will have international legal experience (US & UK)

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be an integral part of this large legal and commercial team with responsibilities including:

  • Leading contract negotiations with current and potential clients
  • Providing legal advice on a variety of commercial matters
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
  • Advising the business on risk management
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Managing external legal counsel as required
