Associate Director | Recruiting Top Talent within Financial Planning & Wealth Management

We are hiring for a Head of Sales & Operations to join our client, a Reputable Financial Planning Brokerage Firm based in Dublin

This is a hybrid working opportunity with great work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team
  • Monitor team targets and performance, and carry out reviews where necessary
  • Oversee processes and ensure operations are running accordingly
  • Participate in management meetings and strategy implications for the business
  • Recruit and train new staff where required
Qualifications
  • CFP Qualified
  • At least 5 years experience in a financial sales / planning role
  • Broker experience preferred
  • Experience leading a team within the financial services industry is required
  • Strong sales acumen and leadership skills
