The primary purpose of this role is to deliver the budgeted annual sales and profit targets with key customers. Specifically, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining existing Head Office relationships with our key large customers with a view to delivering incremental sales growth. These relationships can often be complex and may involve negotiations with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the same business. You will also be charged with the creation of a Growth Plan which will reflect your approach to new business development, customer retention and creating a high performing sales team.To be successful in this position you must possess strong leadership capabilities whilst also understanding the granular dynamics of the foodservice industry particularly within Corporate Multi Unit customers, Public sector & Head office groups/chains.
