The Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive corporate sales, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional results for one of Dublin's leading hotels.

About The RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients and secure group bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for group events, conferences, and accommodations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (events, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify and convert new opportunities.
  • Track and report sales performance, including revenue growth and client retention.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring timely and professional responses to client needs.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree an advantage).
  • Experience: Proven track record in corporate sales, hospitality, or related field, with measurable success in achieving targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personality: Professional, driven, and personable with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.
