The Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is seeking a motivated and experienced
Corporate Sales Manager
to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive corporate sales, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional results for one of Dublin's leading hotels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients and secure group bookings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and pricing for group events, conferences, and accommodations.
Collaborate with internal teams (events, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless client experiences.
Analyse market trends and competitors to identify and convert new opportunities.
Track and report sales performance, including revenue growth and client retention.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring timely and professional responses to client needs.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree an advantage).
Experience: Proven track record in corporate sales, hospitality, or related field, with measurable success in achieving targets.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personality: Professional, driven, and personable with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.
