Key Responsibilities
  • Providing first-class service to customers via our web platforms
  • Handling daily enquiries and complaints from customers and branches via phone, chat, and email
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Enhancing website conversion through effective parts identification on the first attempt
  • Taking orders from customers over the phone when required
  • Logging all customer contacts into the system
  • Prioritizing the customer at all times
Skills and Experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
