• Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.
• Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store, building its brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service to ensure they keep coming back.
• Leading your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Leading and developing your team's knowledge to deliver resource-planned activities, ensuring hours are worked when and where they benefit customers, and identifying and resolving root cause issues with sustainable solutions and continual reviews.
• Prioritising colleague safety and ensuring the store trades legally by coaching the team to use all security tools to provide a safer place to work.

• Effective communication and the ability to share knowledge, experience and best practices; work collaboratively with your team to deliver results.
• A natural, welcoming approach with customers and the ability to listen and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Energy and resilience to maintain momentum in challenging environments; make store decisions quickly and in the best interest of customers and colleagues.
• Drive to deliver beyond expectations and act with integrity whether circumstances are easy or difficult, inspiring confidence in those around you.
• Awareness of competitor activity and a readiness to implement new initiatives to improve the store for customers.
• Experience in Retail Store Manager roles, leading a small team.
