Our role
We have a vacancy for a Learning & Development Specialist, reporting to the HR Director. This role involves using broad L&D skills to enhance our performance culture, overseeing L&D projects, evaluating programmes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring industry-leading outcomes.
Who you are
- You are passionate about L&D, with experience in designing, developing, and evaluating training programmes.
- You have worked with stakeholders to assess needs, create engaging learning solutions, and develop supportive assets.
- You demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, energy, resilience, and enthusiasm.
- You excel at building relationships and delivering business needs.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills and promote a positive employee experience.
- You respond proactively to stakeholders and translate strategic needs into practical services.
- You are highly organized, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You pay great attention to detail and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
- You hold a degree or master's in HR, Organizational Development, Training, or a related field, with coaching qualifications preferred.
- You have at least 4-5 years of L&D experience, preferably in professional services.
How you will contribute
- You will build relationships with senior leaders, partner with business streams, and anticipate needs to support strategic L&D initiatives.
- You will implement the annual L&D programme, designing and developing ongoing programmes, assets, and evaluation methods.
- You will support projects related to internal and global mobility, graduate campaigns, wellness, diversity, inclusion, communication, and recognition.
- You will oversee and deliver projects aligned with the People Strategy and support organizational changes such as acquisitions and integrations.
