What you will do
The Global Investor Services Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Investor Services. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in a myriad of areas in support of PGIM's commitment to provide best-in-class investor services. The Global Investor Services Group has a broad mandate, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the organization and to learn about the alternatives industry, work closely with fund portfolio teams, and be part of a collaborative global team with direct exposure servicing global institutional investors. The client services team is responsible for supporting the sales and diligence efforts, managing client and fund activities, such as client onboarding, fund reporting, client deliverables and requests, and oversee key systems that support the sales process and client experience, such as Salesforce and InvestorFlow (client portal).

What you can expect
  1. Manage investor inquiries and deliverables across several alternative investment funds.
  2. Manage client onboarding and transfers, including KYC/AML reviews and ASL verification.
  3. Partner with our fund administrator on TA services and the production of client deliverables.
  4. Review performance reports, client statements, notices, and data requests for completion and accuracy.
  5. Identify and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  6. Serve as a data steward for firm and fund data requests and coordinate with the Data Governance team.
  7. Manage the investor portal and serve as a subject matter expert on the portal administration.
  8. Coordinate projects and initiatives to drive efficiency across the team.
  9. Track, oversee, and validate the third-party administrator's quarterly key performance indicator (KPI) for Senior Management reporting.
  10. Address ad-hoc requests from Investment teams and other internal partners promptly and accurately.
  11. Train and develop new team members.
What you will bring
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services, portfolio analytics or a similar function in the investment management industry.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and scrutiny of performance data and analytics.
  5. Self-starter, with strong accountability and adaptability skills, highly organized, and takes initiative with a positive attitude toward work.
  6. Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with clients, external partners and senior management.
  7. Experience working across functional groups and ability to work independently and within a team.
  8. Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
  9. Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, deadline driven dynamic environment.
  10. Flexibility to work overtime if necessary.
  11. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MS PowerPoint.
