• Managing and leading the business support team for the Allphar Supply Chain business which is responsible for ensuring that all client reporting and master data requirements are met.
• Review and examine how to redesign our current processes to enable maximum automation.
• Manage all reporting, pricing and KPI metrics, which ensures that the group is meeting their business reporting goals across over 100 blue chip multinational clients.
• Coordinate all principal reporting and IT interface management.
• Ensure adherence to metrics and service levels and drive corrective action as required.
• Review and implement where feasible alternative solutions for reporting and pricing management and be a catalyst for change to improve the customer experience.
• Analyze and understand the client and their business, including future direction, business direction.
• Develop a clear set of principal KPI's to ensure market leading reporting and pricing capabilities are met.
• Manage and co-ordinate all ABC Billing models and ensure all information is correct for each client.
• Co-ordinate all data input for the Master Data team from a pricing and billing perspective.
• Co-ordinate all 'New Account' and 'New Product' set up through the Key Account Management team to ensure accuracy and consistency for all clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with client management to ensure the client is confident and satisfied with the service the group provides.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

• At least 2 years' experience in Supply Chain as part of a business role (Preferable).
• Experience in a similar lead/people management position is favorable but not essential.
• Ability to analyze high volume of financial and nonfinancial data and clearly communicate the results to commercial team.
• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence (tools & process) is essential.
• Ability to multitask very effectively
• Knowledge of project management processes, principles, and techniques
