Role overview

Key role in project delivery teams with responsibility for developing, communicating, and maintaining the integrity of the overall functional and technical solution.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring a Right First-Time approach to delivering Client Value
  2. Maintaining the integrity and consistency of the overall solution being deployed
  3. Maintaining the overall solution architecture, both in terms of the target, final state, of the solution and any interim phases
  4. Establishing program/project overall governance aligned with client's Best Practices
  5. Overall project/program planning, including phasing and roll-out considerations
  6. Active participation in regular program/project status meetings and steering committees
  7. Solution Governance to ensure Project delivers to commitments
  8. Providing ongoing feedback to Product Management regarding implementation challenges
Role Responsibilities
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Banking industry in a lead role, with exposure to Retail or Corporate banking operations
  • Experience/exposure to leading Banking Solutions is essential
  • Deep knowledge of the banking vertical and ability to articulate end-to-end system and process requirements
  • Deep product and industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Experience leading and collaborating across teams for successful solution delivery
  • Excellent communication skills to explain functional and technical concepts
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with good prioritization and planning skills in a rapidly changing environment
  • Conceptual and Analytical skills
  • TOGAF9 certification (preferred)
