About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, client-focused Associate Director to join a leading cost consultancy in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS to take a leadership role within a growing, ambitious firm.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile projects, building and leading teams, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee multiple projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and property sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Provide high-level strategic advice on cost management and procurement.
- Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Contribute to business development and company strategy.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- 10+ years' experience in cost consultancy or quantity surveying.
- Strong leadership and business development skills.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects and advise clients at a senior level.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive strategic growth.
- RICS chartered (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Pathway to Director level with long-term career development.
- Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation.
