Springhill Court Hotel Leisure Club is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all our members and guests, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.
- Ensure a safe and fun learning environment for all participants.
- Plan and deliver structured lessons in line with Swim Ireland (or equivalent) standards.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to swimmers to support their progress.
- Maintain the highest level of health & safety standards within the pool area.
- Swim Ireland Level 1 or 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent).
- Current Lifeguard qualification (RLSS or equivalent) desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable with a passion for swimming and teaching.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Flexible working hours to suit your schedule.
- A friendly, supportive team environment.
- Free access to the leisure club facilities during off-peak hours.
Start Date: Immediate start available
