Swimming Instructor Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic swimming instructor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels.
  • Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for all participants.
  • Plan and deliver structured lessons in accordance with industry standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to support swimmers' progress.
  • Ensure the highest level of health and safety standards within the pool area.
Requirements:
  • Swim Ireland Level 1 or 2 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Current lifeguard certification (RLSS or equivalent) desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm, reliability, and approachability with a passion for swimming and teaching.
