The Hoxton is gearing up to open its very first hotel in Ireland in Dublin. The Hoxton, Dublin will be home to 129 bedrooms, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, in addition to a nightclub. This role is for a Bartender who will create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.

What you'll do
  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
  • Know your product and systems inside out.
  • Craft drinks that match the mood, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
  • Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
Qualifications

  • Passion for hospitality – whether that's a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night.

  • Previous bartending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
