Overview

Bartender role at The Hoxton

The Hoxton is gearing up to open its very first hotel in Ireland in Dublin. The Hoxton, Dublin will be home to 129 bedrooms, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, and a nightclub. We're building a team to help us bring The Hoxton experience to this new market.

What you'll do
  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
  • Know your product and systems inside out.
  • Craft beverages to suit the moment, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
  • Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
Qualifications
  • Individuals who want to be themselves; a place without clones in suits.
  • Passion for hospitality – whether that's a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night.
  • Positive impact on guests, leaving them with a memorable experience.
  • Willingness to contribute and get things done without ego.
  • Open to trying new things and learning.
  • A friendly demeanor; able to share a few laughs even in challenging situations.
  • Team player who supports colleagues and maintains a fun work environment.
  • Previous bartending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
  • A thirst for knowledge about product, service, or everything in between.
  • A natural people person – confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
