As a Site Foreman with OCC, you will work collaboratively with the Contracts Manager and Company Directors to deliver high quality projects from inception to handover. Projects can include schools, residential developments, commercial developments, and refurbishment.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordination and supervision of the construction on site.
  2. Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
  3. Maintain programme.
  4. Take control of projects from plastering/skimming through to 3rd fix, snagging and completion.
  5. Manage and coordinate site staff and subcontractors.
  6. Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  1. Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
  2. Site supervision experience with a trades background (ie carpentry).
  3. Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
  4. Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
  5. Previous experience as finishing foreman on commercial/residential sites.
  6. Ability to drive projects and work within strict deadlines.
  7. Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
  8. 3 years+ experience as a site foreman.
