Join a leading global provider of asset management and investment technology solutions in a dynamic Compliance Specialist role based in Dublin 2. You'll be part of a well-established compliance team, supporting the delivery of robust fund services across regulated entities within a global, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day compliance activities in line with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Support compliance risk assessments and help develop a proportionate annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Assist in conducting, documenting, and reporting on the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including follow-up actions.
  • Provide advisory support on compliance matters, regulatory change, and participate in horizon scanning initiatives.
  • Prepare compliance reports for the Board, manage regulatory submissions, and support regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and logs; support training initiatives and contribute to ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a compliance role within fund services or regulatory advisory, with solid knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD, and SI10.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish Funds regulatory landscape and applicable legal frameworks impacting fund service providers.
  • Professional compliance qualification (e.g., LCI) or working toward one is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage projects or people, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
