Recruitment Consultant - Tech - Central Dublin. This role focuses on delivery in a 180 position with no cold sales. You will step in to work existing accounts, manage relationships, and fill roles across the tech landscape (software engineers, DevOps, cyber security, data scientists, analysts, project managers). You should be able to sell opportunities to the right candidates and bring market knowledge back to the business development team.
The setup is autonomous with support from your manager to facilitate rather than dictate. There is excellent training, a clear progression structure, and a culture that promotes based on performance. Most colleagues earn 80% to 120% of their base salary in commission.
Responsibilities- Manage relationships and fill roles across the tech landscape (software engineers, DevOps specialists, cyber security experts, data scientists, analysts, project managers) for existing clients.
- Sell opportunities to hard-to-reach candidates and bring market knowledge to the BD team.
- Operate in an autonomous environment with guidance and support from management.
- Collaborate with the business development team to deliver results and maintain client satisfaction.
- From an agency background with experience recruiting for complex or difficult-to-fill roles.
- Not suitable for someone from a pure volume recruitment background.
- Commercially minded with the ability to sell opportunities to candidates and challenge when needed.
