Senior Grade Speech and Language Therapist

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our clients, is seeking experienced Senior Speech & Language Therapists to join a dynamic team serving children and young people with complex needs. These rewarding roles are based in Dublin North, Dublin North Central, and Dublin Northwest (CHODNCC).

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Design and deliver tailored therapy programs using evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals, to create integrated treatment plans.
  • Support families and caregivers with education and strategies to enhance communication at home.
  • Lead and contribute to the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.
  • Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in working with pediatrics and disabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and ICT skills to manage workloads effectively.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people in achieving their communication goals.

  • Salary: €63,279- €74,509 (commensurate with experience)
  • Generous annual leave: 30 days per year
