Locum Express are currently recruiting an Enhanced Primary Care Doctor in Co. Dublin.

Part-time or full-time locum from February 2024 onwards.

Monday to Fridays - 8am to 8pm

Saturdays - 8am – 1pm

This enhanced primary care post sits within a dynamic and diverse multi-professional team driving innovation in enhanced primary care models based on the patient-centered medical home.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of health professionals including a clinical lead with a background in primary care, nurses, and a range of AHSCPs in the delivery of effective and high-quality primary care, encompassing medical screening to all patients.

Applicants for this role must have:

  1. Hold specialist registration with the Irish Medical Council, in the division of General Practice
  2. Minimum 5 years relevant clinical experience (inclusive of GP Training)
  3. Experience working with multi-professional, multi-disciplinary teams
  4. Experience facilitating patient pathways from community to tertiary care
  5. Experience of developing, applying and reviewing an evidence-based approach to decision-making
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. Demonstrate evidence of effective planning and organizing skills and has the ability to manage multiple complex tasks
  8. Operate with professional and personal integrity coupled with an overarching humility and proven ability to build strong working relationships
  9. Demonstrate an interest in, and be an advocate for all aspects of patient care
