Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor

Due to continued expansion, one of Europe's highly regarded main contractors is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to large-scale construction projects while promoting a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor the company's EHS Management System across the project.
  • Promote a positive health & safety culture with site management, contractors, and workers.
  • Monitor EHS compliance on site through inspections and audits; issue weekly reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
  • Influence, support, and coach site teams in adopting and maintaining best-practice EHS standards.
Requirements
  • Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • 8+ years' experience in health & safety roles.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred).
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
