Overview

Health & Safety Advisor – South Dublin (Main Contractor)

Location: South Dublin

Shift: Night Shift, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

AA Euro Group has been retained by a leading construction company to recruit a Senior Health & Safety Advisor for a major project in South Dublin. This is a contract role with a minimum duration of 6 weeks, working on night shifts. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Health, Safety, and Environmental Plans and Risk Assessments.
  • Carrying out site audits and producing detailed reports.
  • Preparation and coordination of meetings.
  • Conducting safety inductions for all personnel.
  • Facilitating and mentoring onsite staff on H&S matters.
  • Inputting safety data into the safety management system.
  • Keeping up to date with Health & Safety legislation.
  • Liaising with clients and representing the company at meetings.
  • Proactively improving safety and environmental control techniques.
Requirements
  • 3rd Level Qualification in Health & Safety (or equivalent).
  • 5–6 years' experience in Health & Safety on large construction projects.
  • Previous experience with large construction schemes, ideally in pharmaceutical or similar sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative, particularly in a night shift environment.
