Overview

Position Overview: We are excited to announce an opening for a Financial Accountant within our dynamic Finance team This is a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within SEAtS ONE.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements and reports
  • Processing invoices, payments and expenses as well as cash collection
  • Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
  • Conducting financial analysis and assisting with budgeting
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Collaborating with the wider team, handling all aspects of the finance function with assistance/guidance from the CFO
  • Handling ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Recently qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP or Accounts IQ)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced growth environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role
  • Demonstrate agility in a fast-changing technological environment, being open and adaptable to unsuspecting change
  • Encouraging excellence and goal achievement within the SEAtS ONE Group, while striving for the same in your personal development
  • Communicate regularly and efficiently with all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Maintain strong cooperative relationships within the team and other departments to ensure that the organisation continues to function successfully
  • High level of accuracy and a commitment to producing high quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Strong ethical standards and a professional approach to work

Location: The role will be based in SEAtS ONE HQ in Bray, Co. Wicklow. We currently have hybrid working in place, combining office-based working with working from home.
