Job Description:

Role Title: Officer CFS Client Data Management

Clearstream's Fund Services (CFS) division enables banks and investment fund distributors to standardize, automate, and process investment fund transactions efficiently. The Vestima Service Design and Implementation unit manages client data setup in CFS, coordinating with Relationship Management Support and Client Onboarding teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Account setup and maintenance of clients in CFS' core banking system.
  • Support process enhancement and development of client management.
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date client status for stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on progress tracking.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive client experience.
  • Interact regularly with process stakeholders and provide feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree, BAC +3 or 5, in finance or economics.
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and priority setting.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the fund industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, analytical skills, fluency in English; French and/or German are assets.
