We are currently recruiting for a: Leisure Centre Supervisor/Personal Trainer

The Person: The successful candidate will have:

At least 2-3 years' experience within either a hotel or gym environment

Fitness qualification

Lifeguard qualification

Ability to maintain consistently high standards of service in Motion Leisure Centre

Strong organization skills

Strong customer and associate relation skills

Excellent personal presentation and communication skills

Excellent customer service

Strong organisation & leadership skills

Flexible - this role involves morning/evening/weekend/weekday work

Candidate must have fluent English

The Role: You will be required to:

Assist the Management team to lead by example and deliver an extraordinary guest experience.

To assist with delivering fitness classes

To ensure the team deliver at all times the highest quality of service and advice to the guests and members.

Exceed the expectations of all guests within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the hotel.

To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures.

To maximise sales and revenue in Motion Leisure Centre at all times.

To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner.

Motivate, lead and engage your team at all times and especially in the absence of the leisure centre manager.
