Experienced Administrator - Campus Recruitment role at KPMG Ireland. 12 month fixed term contract to support the award-winning Campus Recruitment team. Location: Dublin 2, hybrid working model (2-3 days per week in the office).
RoleAs a key member of the Campus Recruitment team, you'll play a central role in delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience across our graduate recruitment and student programmes. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and opportunities to work with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end coordination of graduate recruitment and student programme processes to provide a professional candidate experience.
- Manage high volumes of candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communications with precision and efficiency.
- Draft and issue contracts, manage offer processes, and track acceptances for large cohorts of students and graduates.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and candidates, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
- Coordinate briefing sessions and student events, supporting engaging and informative experiences.
- Maintain accurate reporting data to support decision making and continuous improvement.
- Own the Campus Recruitment inbox and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Create and manage reports from our system and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up on interviewer feedback, maintain organised records, and support documentation compliance.
- Provide flexible support across all aspects of college recruitment.
- Approximately 4+ years' administrative experience.
- Excellent people skills and ability to engage students about graduate and student programmes.
- Team-oriented with willingness to receive full training and integrate into the team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability and experience working with high volumes.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
