Cloud Infrastructure Manager – Dublin | Hybrid

Our client is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead a high-performing cloud squad, shape the AWS infrastructure strategy, and help deliver mission-critical services across a fast-paced, global environment.

The Role

  • Lead a cross-functional cloud squad, driving delivery and technical excellence
  • Shape and evolve the AWS-based infrastructure strategy
  • Oversee offshore vendor performance and incident response
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across PMO, QA, DBA, and applications teams
  • Drive change, continuous improvement, and best practices across teams
  • Ensure operational stability, talent development, and knowledge sharing
  • 5–7+ years' leadership experience in IT/cloud infrastructure
  • experience leading a migration from on prem to cloud.
  • Expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Deep knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Experience managing offshore teams and large-scale environments
  • Strong communicator, collaborator, and strategic thinker
  • Proven ability to deliver in a high-governance, fast-paced setting
  • Hybrid model: Dublin HQ + flexible home working (Swords once a week)
