Job Description

Honeywell is spinning off its Advanced Materials business into an independent, publicly traded company by the end of 2025 or early 2026 called Solstice Advanced Materials. This new entity will focus on sustainability-oriented specialty chemicals and materials, with an estimated revenue of around $3.8 billion and an EBITDA margin exceeding 25% in FY24. The spin-off company will benefit from a greater strategic focus on innovation, enabling the development of new, more sustainable solutions and products with next-generation chemistry to create further value for shareowners. An Senior Treasury Analyst is needed to join the new spin-off company.

As a Senior Treasury Analyst here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our financial strategy. Your contributions will guide to improved financial performance, reduced financial risks, optimized cash flow, and enhanced stakeholder relationships.

You will report directly to our Treasury Manager and you'll work out of our Dublin, Ireland location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial success of Solstice Advanced Materials by implementing effective treasury strategies and ensuring the efficient management of financial resources. Your role will be critical in building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring access to capital and favourable financing terms, which positively impact the company's financial position.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct cash forecasting and liquidity management.
Facilitate risk management activities, including interest rate and currency risk.
Assist in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Facilitating daily treasury operations, provide cash forecasting, assist with bank account management and oversight.
Ensuring shareholder cash is appropriately managed and aligned with the goals of the organization.
You will be involved in identifying local investment opportunities to maximise yield with relationship banks in your portfolio of countries
Review and approve bank guarantees
Supporting the management of cash pooling arrangements
Prepare treasury reports and thoughtfulness for review by senior management.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Experience in treasury management or a related field.
Front Office exposure, executing financial transactions, including foreign exchange deals and investments, and ensuring proper settlement.
Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management, and financial planning.
Excellent thoughtfulness, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and people-oriented skills.
