Overview

The Hoxton is gearing up to open its very first hotel in Ireland in Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin will be home to 129 bedrooms, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, and a nightclub.

What you'll do
  • You're the face of our guests' experience and bring your own flavour to the table, ensuring that from arrival to departure guests have a great time.
  • Work with the F&B team in keeping things running smoothly.
  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
  • Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome, to handling questions and helping with requests.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests' expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
  • Individuals who want to be themselves; no clones in suits.
  • Passion for hospitality – whether that's a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night.
  • You're all about having a positive impact on people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
  • You're pragmatic and adaptable; we leave egos at the door and help get things done.
  • Willing to try things differently and do almost everything once.
  • Team player who works hard, supports others, and has fun along the way.
  • Previous experience is great but not required; what matters is how you contribute to the team.
  • Nothing is an issue for you; you know what our guests want even before they do.
