With a global community and growing digital presence, we're seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our organic content strategy and build a best-in-class social presence that reflects our clean, calm and confident aesthetic.

The Role

As Senior Social Media Manager, you'll own our organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook. From planning campaigns and leading content creation to engaging with our community and driving growth, this role is a balance of creative leadership and data-driven execution.

You'll manage our in-house Content Creator, collaborate closely with our paid ad agency, and work in sync with the broader marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment across every channel and touchpoint.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Kildare, ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves building brands online.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic social media plan, aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines.
• Oversee and guide high-quality content production, working closely with our in-house Content Creator.
• Manage and maintain a forward-thinking content calendar that blends campaign moments, brand storytelling, and trend integration.
• Lead platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest — adapting tone, format, and creative for each.
• Monitor social engagement, respond to community interactions, and ensure the brand voice is reflected in every message.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to extend reach and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the paid social agency to ensure cohesive messaging and creative across paid and organic content.
• Work closely with creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Track and analyze performance, staying ahead of social trends, tools, and platform updates.

About You

• 4+ years in a social media role, ideally within beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• A strong understanding of premium aesthetics and brand storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience in managing content creators or junior team members.
• Confident with content planning, short-form video formats, copywriting, and community engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working alongside or managing influencer campaigns.
• Proactive, collaborative, and highly organized with an eye for detail.
• Passionate about skincare and the evolving social landscape.
