Cpl Recruitment is proud to partner once again with our valued client to recruit Process Technicians for their expanding Longford facility. Following significant site investment and growth since 2022, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading medical device manufacturer at the forefront of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and optimize polymer processing lines, primarily in injection moulding.
- Monitor and adjust processing parameters across a wide range of polymer materials.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Technical, Quality, Toolroom, and Shift Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards to maintain product and company reputation.
- Work effectively as part of a 4-cycle shift rotation.
- Completed Polymer Technology Apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification.
- Prior medical device and/or injection moulding experience is essential.
- Strong technical aptitude with proven problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 5 O6 grades in the Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Must hold Stamp 4 visa or full, unrestricted working rights in Ireland.
