2026 Analyst, Investment Areas (Financial Services) at General Atlantic

General Atlantic is seeking a 2026 Analyst for its Financial Services group in New York. This role is designed for students graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026, who will work closely with deal teams to support new investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop investment theses and industry expertise through research and due diligence.
  • Provide investment sourcing and support quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Interact directly with entrepreneurs and management teams.
  • Gain exposure to various due diligence work streams, including customer analysis, financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling.
Required Experience
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate institution in the US.
  • Proven track record of achievement in academic, leadership, and other settings.
Qualifications
  • Global mindset and interest in collaborating with colleagues across GA offices.
  • Interest in growth equity and desire to represent the firm in conversations with founders and entrepreneurs.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Creative and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative knowledge and skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Energetic and passionate about contributing to a team.
