Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Technician based in County Dublin, Ireland. The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting the production process to ensure that products meet established quality and food safety standards. This role will assist and support the manufacturing staff in identifying and resolving compliance errors in real-time. The successful candidate will work with the Production and Packing team to ensure the Product is made to specification first time and every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out quality checks during production.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
  • Implement and support quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
  • Assist in developing and improving quality protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
About You
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a food manufacturing facility.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food industry regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Comfortable using quality management systems/software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in bakery or food manufacturing (advantage).
  • Have a working standard of English and be proficient in document control, Excel, and Word applications (Absolute Requirement).
