We're looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to support the development of engaging digital content across various platforms—social media, banners, videos, and other marketing channels. You will ensure brand consistency across all media formats and develop a visual library of reusable templates tailored to each brand.

You'll work closely with our marketing, social media, and paid media teams to bring campaigns to life through compelling visuals and copy. You'll play a key role in executing content that resonates with healthcare professionals and patients in a compliant and on-brand manner.

This is a contract position (12 months) with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

• Create digital content such as static and animated banners, social media assets, and short videos.
• Collaborate with social media and paid media teams to adapt creative assets to platform-specific needs (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, display).
• Build and maintain content calendars for social and campaign channels.
• Edit and adapt visuals and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Create short-form videos, including editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Develop storyboards for stakeholder visualization.
• Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for visual creation and updates.
• Manage creative asset approvals via systems like Veeva or other review platforms.
• Stay updated with digital content trends and explore new formats and tools (e.g., AI-driven content creation like Midjourney, ChatGPT).
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to scale content production and speed delivery.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Synthesia) to generate drafts, create visual mock-ups, assist with video editing, and accelerate idea iterations.
• Maintain an organized library of assets and templates for reuse across teams.

• 2–4 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating experience across various formats.
• Knowledge of platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, character limits).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with content approval systems (e.g., Veeva, DAM tools) is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assets and deadlines.
