Social Media Content Creator

18-Month Contract

Location: Dublin (Hybrid working)

Salary: €31,544 per annum

About the Role:

CPL are working with a well established renewable energy organisation, based in Dublin City Centre to recruit for a Social Media Content Creator for an 18 month contract.

You will play a key role in crafting engaging, innovative content across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, BlueSky, and YouTube. Working within a dynamic Digital Marketing team, you'll create videos, reels, stories, posts, and ad creatives that inspire and engage diverse audiences. Your creativity will be essential in identifying trends, managing content calendars, and delivering high-quality multimedia content that drives awareness and supports the organisation's mission to lead Ireland's energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit compelling video and graphic content tailored to each social media platform
  • Manage a proactive content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and creative posts
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content to maximize engagement
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Attend and film events nationwide to capture authentic content
  • Support paid advertising campaigns on social platforms
  • Engage with social media communities and manage interactions

Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Third level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or above) in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years' experience creating content for social media channels such as TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with video and graphic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Understanding of social media metrics and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to travel nationwide for content capture
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects

Desirable:

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., SproutSocial)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Full driving licence
  • Experience delivering excellent customer experiences
