As a social media specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping an online presence. Your key responsibilities include creating engaging content for various platforms, collaborating with management to develop a content calendar aligned with the company's tone and values, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality social media content tailored for different platforms.
  • Liaise with the management team to plan content that adheres to the tone of voice and key pillars.
  • Introduce fresh ideas and innovative concepts for social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging influencers, and new platforms to adapt and enhance marketing strategies continuously.
  • Provide administrative support for daily publishing and scheduling content on social media channels.
  • Organize and participate in live streaming events.
  • Liaise with senior management on writing content briefs for influencer partnerships and UGC content creators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills, including proficiency in video editing software.
  • Confidence and comfort in front of a camera.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
