Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at FlexManager, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and helping guide them through the sales process. Your focus will be on expanding FlexManager's market presence and helping organisations improve their operations through our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities across target sectors across multiple regions (e.g., construction, manufacturing, etc…).
  • Engage prospects through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Understand client needs and effectively present tailored solutions using FlexManager's software.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos and sales presentations in collaboration with technical and account teams.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Provide feedback to product and customer success teams based on client needs and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp and communicate technical features to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential).

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of compliance, EHS, workforce, or asset management solutions.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies.
