Overview

Flexi part-time contract of a minimum of 24 hours per month. Location: Arklow, Wicklow. Employer: Autism Initiatives Ireland Company Limited by Guarantee. Category: Patient and Client Care. Contract type: Permanent Part-time.

Responsibilities
  • Support Worker responsibilities include working on own initiative and applying the programme planning and person-centred plans.
  • Deliver support in line with the person's PCP and care plan.
  • Maintain a focus on the needs of the person supported in all activities.
Qualifications
  • A full QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential (e.g. health, community, care sector).
  • A genuine passion for providing person-centred support is key.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Full, clean drivers licence (manual) desirable.
