The Role:

  • Managing legal reporting tasks for the Client.
  • Preparing meeting packs and agendas while also attending monthly client meeting with the Partner.
  • Assisting with the prep and collation of briefs.
  • Carrying out any legal research as needed.
  • Filing proceedings in the Central Office.
  • Preparing client training material for case management system.
  • Providing general legal support within the Litigation department.
  • Managing a small caseload of files, supervised by senior management.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

  • 3+ years' prior experience as a Legal Executive or similar.
  • Experience of managing competing priorities.
  • Team focus and willingness and flexibility to work with others.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality at all times.
