WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Support the Front Office Manager in leading and coordinating the team

  • Ensure smooth operations at the reception

  • Handle check-in & check-out and assist guests during their stay

  • Handle internal and external reservations

  • Create duty rosters, statistics & reports

  • Quality management: evaluate guest feedback and respond on online portals

  • Invoice processing & monthly closings, as well as monitoring payment receipts

  • Complaint management and ensuring excellent service

  • Conduct employee training & team meetings for continuous development

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize the guest experience

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have professional experience in the front office, ideally in a managerial role, and have already gained extensive knowledge in the organization and coordination of hotel operations. Your service-oriented and hands-on mentality enables you to quickly respond to guests' needs and find solutions in daily operations. You are resilient and flexible, keeping a cool head even in stressful situations, and have the ability to assert yourself when necessary. Team spirit is as natural to you as a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. Additionally, you speak very good German and English; further language skills are an advantage.
