Social Care Team Leader - Full-Time (Permanent)

? Hours: 40 per week
? Salary: €44,111 - €52,445 (based on experience)

About the Role:

A full-time leadership position is now open within a residential care setting supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to lead a team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As a Social Care Team Leader, you will provide guidance to the care team, ensure compliance with national standards, and contribute to ongoing service development.

Key Requirements:

A recognised Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Social Care or a related health/social discipline

At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role

Minimum 3 years' experience in health, social care, or voluntary services

Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in disability support services

Competency in IT tools including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

A full driving licence is essential
