- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team, promoting healthy relationships and effective teamwork.
- Provide servant leadership support to the team, leading by example and setting a positive tone for collaboration and growth.
- Contribute to our delivery methodology through continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a sustainable pace of progress and maturity.
- Evaluate the Scrum maturity of the team and organization, coaching them towards higher levels of maturity at a steady pace.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
- First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation principles is necessary.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile development environment is crucial.
- Adaptability and responsiveness to changing business needs are vital for success.
- A strong customer focus and obsession with quality are key attributes for this position.
- Familiarity with servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. is beneficial but not required.
