What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to plan and develop integrated omni‑channel launch marketing campaigns, prioritizing data‑driven strategies and customer‑centric experiences.
  • Support project management and risk mitigation, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables within budget.
  • Own and manage the launch moments roadmap and the development of launch experiences, drawing on product truth and value proposition to develop audience‑first campaigns.
  • Ensure launches are designed for customer engagement with clear post‑launch nurture and adoption pathways.
  • Drive alignment across product, marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and ensuring launches align with business objectives.
  • Provide executive communications and strong stakeholder management at senior levels to ensure clear and actionable connectivity of outcomes.
  • Contribute to scalable launch GTM playbooks, capturing best practices and driving continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for optimization, delivering regular status updates and data‑driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the creation, management, and standardization of marketing launch dashboards and measurement processes.
  • Facilitate content template development, audience segmentation, messaging alignment, and milestone management.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations, team communications, and knowledge‑sharing systems.
  • Develop understanding of automation and journey orchestration to inform marketing strategies.
  • Champion SAP brand values and guidelines across the company and partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate strategic programs into all touchpoints.

  • Strong project management skills and experience supporting cross‑functional teams; ability to help others and collaborate to move initiatives forward.
Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, specializing in digital, integrated marketing and/or project management; events experience essential.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with excellent project management ability.
  • Collaborator with the ability to build and grow cross‑functional partnerships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience using data to drive decisions with actionable insights and clear outcomes.
Nice To Have
  • Experience in B2B marketing and working with marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
  • Experience in customer audience segmentation, contact management, and customer journey.
  • SaaS experience.
